Currently I am sitting in 5th place overall. So it's a big challenge, which is what you would expect for when vying for an Olympic Games spot.
My next challenge will begin on the 25th March when I will have three K1 races to ensure my position in the team.
I would like to thank my supporters - those that came to see me race and also those that couldn't make it, but sent their best wishes. I would also really like to give a huge thanks to Guy at the Steyne Hotel for making the "supporters bus" a reality and providing food and drinks for everyone. Also Tony Magnus at Classic Sportswear for the great T-Shirts. I could see everyone wearing them, jumping up and down and urging me on to the finish line. It really helps to have such fantastic people behind me and I couldn't do what I do without you all.
